Best TFT 10.7 team compositions and synergy combos - Set 3

Best TFT 10.7 team compositions and synergy combos - Set 3

The best team compositions and synergy combos in Teamfight Tactics (TFT). Learn the best units and builds to rank up in patch 10.7, Set 3.

I have published several TFT team builds so far, and over time I will produce more depending on the meta and the patch changes.

Today, we will talk about the new team comps that arise in Set 3: Galaxies with patch 10.7. I will add more in the next days as soon as new strong builds will emerge.

In each build, the champions are sorted by gold cost, and the number prior each name is the gold cost of that particular unit.

I warmly recommend reading my archive article with over 20 TFT team builds. There, you can find more excellent team compositions that work great in this patch - I suggest the following ones:

  • Blaster Brawler

  • Cybernetic Blademaster Vanguard

  • Rebel Blaster

  • Chrono Blademaster

  • Brawler Void

  • All Mech Pilot lineups

Dark Star Sniper

Final team: Jarvan IV, Mordekaiser, Karma, Shaco, Lux, Ashe, Jhin, Lulu.

  • Dark Star: 6

  • Sniper: 2

  • Celestial: 2

  • Mystic: 2

This Dark Star lineup built around Jhin is able to inflict tons of damage and is more reliable than the Shaco’s one.

  • Start with Jarvan IV and Mordekaiser to get two beefy frontliners.

  • There are not indispensable champions you require early on, so just get any ranged DPS you can find while waiting for Dark Star units.

  • Karma and Shaco are your next picks. Any of them will bring the three Dark Star synergy. Give Thief’s Gloves to Shaco.

  • Get Lux and Jhin to gain the six Dark Star bonus.

    • Jhin is your main carry, and he requires Infinity Edge and Guardian Angel. For the last item slot, pick any of the following ones: Bloodthirster, Runaan’s Hurricane, Deathblade.

  • Ashe gives the two Sniper synergy, which further boosts Jhin’s attack damage.

  • Finally, Lulu unlocks both two Celestial and two Mystic, boosting the survivability of the whole team with healing and magic resistance.

    • Lulu has a very strong crowd control spell that polymorphs the nearest enemies, disabling their attacks and causing them to receive additional damage, so you want her to cast Mass Polymorph as much as possible: build two Spear of Shojin.

Protector Mystic

Final team: Jarvan IV, Xin Zhao, Rakan, Sona, Neeko, Karma, Soraka, Lulu.

  • Protector: 4

  • Mystic: 4

  • Celestial: 2

A very tanky team composition that is particularly strong against casters thanks to both magic resistance and shield health bonus.

  • Start with Jarvan IV and Xin Zhao as they act as your frontliners and provide the two Protector synergy.

  • Rakan is the third Protector, and he also unlocks the two Celestial origin.

  • Neeko is your next priority. She is your fourth and final frontliner and maximizes the Protector bonus.

  • Sona and Karma provide magic resistance to the team via two Mystic.

  • Soraka and Lulu further improve this bonus with the four Mystic synergy.

Generally, you want to distribute all your items among the Protectors:

  • Rakan is your priority with Spear of Shojin, Necronomicon, and Runaan’s Hurricane.

  • Xin Zhao can use Bramble Vest, Dragon Claw, and Warmog’s Armor.

  • On Neeko, just build Thief’s Gloves.

  • Jarvan IV is the least important piece; give him Warmog’s Armor and Bramble Vest if you have spare items.

Rebel Demolitionist

Final team: Ziggs, Sona, Yasuo, Master Yi, Jinx, Aurelion Sol, Lulu, Gangplank.

  • Rebel: 6

  • Demolitionist: 2

  • Mystic: 2

  • Mercenary: 1

  • Starship: 1

A Rebel comp with an outstanding crowd control capability, especially if you are able to build Aurelion Sol and Lulu with the correct items.

  • Start with Ziggs, Sona, and Yasuo for the three Rebel synergy.

  • Get Master Yi and Karma for the two Mystic bonus.

  • Rumble gives the two Demolitionist trait, which is useful to obtain some crowd control.

  • Jinx and Aurelion Sol give you the strong six Rebel bonus, which boosts damage and defense of most of your lineup.

    • Aurelion Sol is your main carry, and he requires Seraph’s Embrace and Morellonomicon. If possible, I also suggest giving him Demolitionist’s Charge to turn him into a Demolitionist unit because he casts lots of spells.

  • Finally, replace Karma with Lulu, and Rumble with Gangplank. They both retain the previous bonuses but on better units, and Gangplank is also a Mercenary.

    • Lulu has a very strong crowd control spell that polymorphs the nearest enemies, disabling their attacks and causing them to receive additional damage, so you want her to cast Mass Polymorph as much as possible: build two Spear of Shojin.

    • On Gangplank, get Guardian Angel and Ionic Spark. If you have a spare Spatula, also give him Rebel Medal to gain the bonuses provided by this origin.

Mech Infiltrator Valkyrie

Final team: Kai’Sa, Annie, Rumble, Shaco, Lux, Fizz, Ekko, Miss Fortune.

  • Mech:3

  • Infiltrator: 4

  • Valkyrie: 2

  • Sorcerer: 2

  • Demolitionist: 1+1

  • Mercenary: 1

Mech Pilot builds are excellent, so I provided another viable combo that can make a good use of them. This one is focused on DPS.

  • Start with Kha’Zix and Kai’Sa for the two infiltrator bonus.

  • Add Ziggs and Annie.

  • Rumble brings the two Demolitionist bonus.

  • Add Shaco and then Fizz to maximize the Infiltrator synergy and to unlock three Mech Pilot.

  • Lux completes the build with the two Sorcerer class.

In the late game, replace weaker units with better ones:

  • Remove Kha’Zix and play Ekko for a stronger infiltrator unit.

  • Remove Ziggs and play Miss Fortune: she is a Mercenary piece that also brings the two Valkyrie synergy.

This team composition has several potential carries, so I will list the suggested items in order of importance:

  • Annie: Ionic Spark is essential. Warmog’s Armor and Titan’s Resolve are great choices, but optionally you can substitute them with Quicksilver and Bramble Vest.

  • Shaco: he needs Infinity Edge, Bloodthirster, and Guardian Angel to improve both damage and survivability.

  • Kai’Sa: the core items are Seraph’s Embrace and Morellonomicon. If you can find a Spatula, build Demolitionist’s Charge to unlock the related bonus.

Mech Sorcerer Void

Final team: Zoe, Kha’Zix, Annie, Rumble, Lux, Fizz, Cho’Gath, Vel’Koz.

  • Mech: 3

  • Sorcerer: 4

  • Void: 3

  • Infiltrator: 2

The Mech Pilot Sorcerer combo is already extremely strong, and this build implements also the Void origin for extra true damage and solid 4-cost units.

  • Start with Zoe and Annie for the two Sorcerer synergy.

  • Ziggs is a temporary pick for the early game.

  • Pick Kha’Zix and save him in your bench (feel free to use him if you have free spots on the battlefield).

  • Rumble gives the two Demolitionist trait, which is useful to obtain some crowd control.

  • Fizz finally unlocks the three Mech Pilot origin, and he also brings two Infiltrator.

  • Remove Ziggs, and add Cho’Gath and Vel’Koz for the three Void synergy.

    • Vel’Koz is your main damage dealer, so build him with Seraph’s Embrace, Rabadon’s Deathcap, and Jeweled Gauntlet or Morellonomicon.

  • Lux completes the bringing the four Sorcerer bonus.

Vanguard Dark Star Sniper

Final team: Poppy, Mordekaiser, Karma, Ashe, Jayce, Jhin, Wukong, Lulu.

  • Dark Star: 3

  • Vanguard: 4

  • Sniper: 2

  • Mystic: 2

  • Celestial: 2

A tankier variant of of the Dark Star Sniper team comp. It is pretty effective to survive against physical attackers thanks to the massive amount of armor provided by the four Vanguard synergy.

  • Start with Poppy and Mordekaiser for the two Vanguard bonus, and place them on the frontline.

  • There are not indispensable champions you require early on, so just get any ranged DPS you can find while waiting for Dark Star units.

  • Karma and Jhin bring the three Dark Star synergy.

  • Jayce and Wukong unlock the four Vanguard class and they will act as your remaining frontliners.

  • Finally, Lulu brings both two Celestial and two Mystic, boosting the survivability of the whole team with healing and magic resistance.

Chrono Sniper

Final team: Caitlyn, Blitzcrank, Shen, Ezreal, Ashe, Jhin, Wukong, Thresh.

  • Chrono: 6

  • Sniper: 2

This is a late game build that empowers your Sniper carries with the attack speed brought by the six Chrono origin.

  • Start with Caitlyn and Blitzcrank for two Chrono.

  • Add Shen and Ezreal to achieve four Chrono units.

  • Ashe brings the two Sniper synergy and acts as your secondary carry: build her with Guinsoo’s Rageblade and two Spear of Shojin.

  • Jhin is also a Sniper, and he is your main carry: he requires Infinity Edge and Guardian Angel. For the last item slot, pick any of the following ones: Bloodthirster, Runaan’s Hurricane, Deathblade.

  • Wukong and Thresh complete the build unlocking the full six Chrono synergy.
