Teamfight Tactics (TFT): Set 4 items cheat sheet, combinations, and effects

This list shows all the TFT item combinations available in Set 4: Fates. Each item is indicated with name, upgrades, and special effects.

Teamfight Tactics utilizes the same item assets available in League of Legends, so the icons and the names are mostly the same.

The bonuses, effects, and passive abilities follow the same guidelines, but they have been adapted to fit the new genre. For example, there are many effects that buff only the allied units in adjacent hexagons, or that proc after friendly/enemy units cast their unique spell.

In Teamfight Tactics, you can’t buy items with gold from an in-game shop, but you can acquire them from champions during the draft phase, and drop them randomly by killing AI-controlled monsters that spawn during the first three rounds of the game and in more rounds afterwards.

The cheat sheet below shows all the basic items, their bonuses, and how you must combine them to obtain a certain upgraded item.

Item combinations

B.F. Sword

Base Final Name Effect
Death Blade On a kill or assist, gain an additional 20 Attack Damage until end of combat (Stacks infinitely).
Giant Slayer Attacks deal 10% bonus true damage. If enemy max Health is over 1750, deal 90% instead.
Guardian Angel Revive with 400 Health Points after a 2 second delay (Once per combat).
Bloodthirster Attacks heal for 40% of damage dealt.
Zeke's Herald At the start of the combat, allies within 1 hex in the same row gain 35% attack speed.
Hextech Gunblade Heal for 33% of all spell damage dealt. Overhealing generates a shield (max 400 HP).
Spear of Shojin Basic attacks restore 5 Mana on-hit.
Sword of the Divine Wearer is also a Divine.
Infinity Edge +75% Critical Strike Chance. Each point above 100% become +1% Critical Strike Damage.
 

Recurve Bow

Base Final Name Effect
Giant Slayer Attacks deal 10% bonus true damage. If enemy max Health is over 1750, deal 90% instead.
Rapid Firecannon Attack Range is tripled and holder’s attacks can’t miss.
Titan’s Resolve When wearer is hit or deals a crit, gain 1% dmg bonus. Max 25 stacks.
Runaan's Hurricane Attack 1 extra target, dealing 100% damage and applying on-hit effects
Zz'Rot Portal When the holder dies, summon a Construct with 1500/2250/3000 health (Based on Star Level).
Guinsoo's Rageblade Gain 6% stacking Attack Speed on hit. Stacks infinitely.
Statikk Shiv Every 3rd attack deals 80 magic damage to 3/4/5 enemies. Additional 240 True Damage if the target has a shield.
Duelist's Zeal Wearer is also a Duelist.
Last Whisper Critical hits reduce the target’s Armor by 80% for 3 seconds. This effect does not stack.
 

Chain Vest

Base Final Name Effect
Guardian Angel Revive with 400 Health Points after a 2 second delay (Once per combat).
Titan’s Resolve When wearer is hit or deals a crit, gain 1% dmg bonus. Max 25 stacks.
Bramble Vest Negate bonus dmg from crit. When hit by basic attack, deal 80/100/150 magic dmg to nearby enemies (once every 2.5s).
Gargoyle Stoneplate The wearer gains 15 Armor and 15 Magic Resistance for each enemy targeting them.
Sunfire Cape At start of combat, and every 2s, a random enemy within 2 hexes is burned for 20% of their max HP over 6s. Healing reduced by 50%.
Locket of the Iron Solari Allies within two hexes in the same row get a 350/375/500/800HP shield for 8s. (scales with Star Level)
Frozen Heart Nearby enemies' attack speed is slowed by 50%.
Vanguard's Cuirass Wearer is also a Vanguard.
Shroud of Stillness At combat start, shoots a beam that delays enemies' first spellcast, increasing their max Mana by 33% until they cast.
 

Negatron Cloak

Bloodthirster Attacks heal for 40% of damage dealt.
Runaan's Hurricane Attack 1 extra target, dealing 100% damage and applying on-hit effects
Gargoyle Stoneplate The wearer gains 15 Armor and 15 Magic Resistance for each enemy targeting them.
Dragon's Claw Gain 60% Magic Resistance.
Zephyr On combat start, banish an enemy for 5 seconds.
Ionic Spark Enemies in 3 hexes that cast a spell take 225% of their max Mana as magic damage. Their Magic Resist is reduced by 40%.
Chalice of Power At start of combat, the holder and their left and right neighbors gain 35 AP for the rest of combat.
Elderwood Heirloom Wearer is also an Elderwood.
Quicksilver The wearer is immune to crowd control for the first 10 seconds of combat.
 

Giant's Belt

Base Final Name Effect
Zeke's Herald At the start of the combat, allies within 1 hex in the same row gain 35% attack speed.
Zz'Rot Portal When the holder dies, summon a Construct with 1500/2250/3000 health (Based on Star Level).
Sunfire Cape At start of combat, and every 2s, a random enemy within 2 hexes is burned for 20% of their max HP over 6s. Healing reduced by 50%.
Zephyr On combat start, banish an enemy for 5 seconds.
Warmog's Armor +1000 Health Points.
Morellonomicon Spells burn 2.5% enemy Maximum Health per second for 10s and reduce healing by 50%.
Redemption When the wearer dies, allies are healed for 700 Health.
Warlord's Banner Wearer is also a Warlord.
Trap Claw At combat start, gain a shield that blocks the first spell. When it breaks, stun the enemy champion for 4s.
 

Needlessly Large Rod

Base Final Name Effect
Hextech Gunblade Heal for 33% of all spell damage dealt. Overhealing generates a shield (max 400 HP).
Guinsoo's Rageblade Gain 6% stacking Attack Speed on hit. Stacks infinitely.
Locket of the Iron Solari Allies within two hexes in the same row get a 350/375/500/800HP shield for 8s. (scales with Star Level)
Ionic Spark Enemies in 3 hexes that cast a spell take 225% of their max Mana as magic damage. Their Magic Resist is reduced by 40%.
Morellonomicon Spells burn 2.5% enemy Maximum Health per second for 10s and reduce healing by 50%.
Rabadon's Deathcap Gain +80 Spell Power Amplification.
Luden's Echo Spells deal 180 magic damage to the first target and up to 3 additional ones. Additional 180 True Damage if the target is CC'd.

Jeweled Gauntlet Holder’s spells can crit and holder gains +40% Critical Strike Damage.
 

Tear of the Goddess

Statikk Shiv Every 3rd attack deals 80 magic damage to 3/4/5 enemies. Additional 240 True Damage if the target has a shield.
Frozen Heart Nearby enemies' attack speed is slowed by 50%.
Chalice of Power At start of combat, the holder and their left and right neighbors gain 35 AP for the rest of combat.
Redemption When the wearer dies, allies are healed for 700 Health.
Luden's Echo Spells deal 180 magic damage to the first target and up to 3 additional ones. Additional 180 True Damage if the target is CC'd.
Blue Buff After casting a spell, set your mana to 20.
Mage's Cap Wearer is also a Mage.
Hand of Justice On round start, either gain 40% more damage or 40% healing from damage done by abilities and basic attacks.

Infinity Edge +75% Critical Strike Chance. Each point above 100% become +1% Critical Strike Damage.
Last Whisper Critical hits reduce the target’s Armor by 80% for 3 seconds. This effect does not stack.

Quicksilver The wearer is immune to crowd control for the first 10 seconds of combat.
Trap Claw At combat start, gain a shield that blocks the first spell. When it breaks, stun the enemy champion for 4s.
Jeweled Gauntlet Holder’s spells can crit and holder gains +40% Critical Strike Damage.
Hand of Justice On round start, either gain 40% more damage or 40% healing from damage done by abilities and basic attacks.
Youmuu's Ghostblade Wearer is also an Assassin.
Thieves Gloves This item takes all three item slots. On round start, the wearer equips 2 temporary items.
