League of Legends Tier List April 2021 - Most picked and banned champions
The League of Legends Tier List of April 2021 splits the champions in five tiers based on their popularity and ban rate at Diamond, Master, and above. All regions are considered.
All the champions are arranged in five tiers based on their draft rate (pick + ban rate). The tiers are viewed as clusters of data, and each champion is placed in the one they are closer the most.
No pro data. The performance of a champion when used by pro players and teams doesn’t influence the tiers as I wanted to create something useful for us ranked players.
The win rate has no effect on the tiers, but it is included to determine the most outstanding champions in a particular tier.
The requisites for each tier never change. The goal is offering a neutral comparison that shows how the meta evolves over time.
The list is not biased with personal opinions. I hope that my statistical-based approach is a good attempt to provide a reliable list for all the ranked players.
This tier list contains only ranked games played at Diamond, Master, and above during patch 11.8 - all the regions are considered. I will update it around the end of each month with fresh data.

In tier 4 and 5 we find all the situational champions. They are strong when paired with others, or against specific lineups. These heroes aren't bad, they just don't work in every game, so the pick and ban rates aren't outstanding.
