SingSing qualified to WESG 2017 with BeanBoys

SingSing qualified to World Electronic Sports Games 2017 with BeanBoys. They earned a ticket to China with an amazing 3-1 performance in the GroupStage.

In October, BeanBoys won the Benelux qualifier for WESG 2017 Europe Finals. The tournament started yesterday and will end only this Sunday - $92,500 are up for grabs.

20 teams took part in the Group Stage split in four groups of five teams each. They fought in a round-robin format with best-of-one matches.

BeanBoys played in the group B, and conquered a spot in the Playoffs with a 3-1 score. They defeated Team Serbia, DREAMMEMETEAM, and Danish Dynamite, dropping a game only against Jonathan "Loda" Berg’s Swedish stack.

SingSing’s first opponents in the Playoffs are Team Merkel from Germany. The Round of 12 will start tomorrow, November 25, at 10:00 CET.

The top 12 teams already obtained a place to World Electronic Sports Games 2017. The $1,500,000 tournament will feature a grand battle with 32 teams from all regions of the world. The date has not been revealed yet, but the event will take place in China.
