Dota Summit 8 Minor this December
Beyond The Summit has officially announced the date for their next tournament. The Dota Summit 8 Minor will take place from December 13 to 17.
One of the most entertaining Dota 2 tournaments of the year returns, and this time as a Minor. The teams will clash for a $300,000 prize pool and 300 Pro Circuit Points.
The CIS and SEA Open qualifiers are set to start on October 30-31, thus prior the new Dueling Fates update, which be released on November 1.
The regional qualifiers are planned for November 7 to 16. Further info on invites and format will be revealed in the following weeks.
There is only one team confirmed for the Minor. The Dire, now OpTic Gaming, won King’s Cup: America in September, earning a special invite to Dota Summit 8.
