DreamHack announced Denver closed qualifier invites

DreamHack announced the invites to the EU and NA closed qualifiers for their next event, DreamHack ASTRO Open in Denver.

The open qualifiers are planned for this Saturday - up to 512 teams are allowed to participate in the Bo3 single elimination bracket. Only the best eight will advance to the closed qualifiers.

The closed qualifier invites for each region

  • Tricked

  • dignitas

  • Binary Dragons

  • MK

North America

  • Renegades

  • Luminosity

  • compLexity

  • NRG

  • Denial

  • Tempo Storm

  • Gale Force

  • Iceberg

 

The closed qualifiers, likewise played on a single elimination bracket, will start on September 24th.

The next DreamHack event will occur in Denver, USA, from October 20th to 22nd. Eight teams will compete for the $100,000 prize - six will receive a direct invite, while the remaining ones must earn a spot via the EU and NA qualifiers.

The teams invited to the LAN event will be announced shortly.
