Dev1ce out for medical tests - Pimp and dennis as stand-ins
Astralis announced that dev1ce won’t take part at BLAST Pro Series and at the final matches of ECS Season 4 Europe. He is replaced by Pimp and dennis.
A week ago, Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz was forced to leave IEM Oakland as he was hospitalized.
Nicolai assured the fans that he is feeling better, but must go through some more medical tests to ensure is safety. Health comes first, so he won’t be able to attend the upcoming events.
The organization decided to continue ECS Season 4 Europe with Jacob "Pimp" Winneche as stand-in. Instead, Dennis "dennis" Edman will participate at BLAST Pro Series in Copenhagen, Denmark on November 24-25.
Astralis’ coach Danny “zonic” Sørensen explained how much dev1ce wanted to play in front of his home crowd, but he must take care of his own health in order to show an adequate performance.
