A list of the ages, heights, and weights of Left 4 Dead characters. Data from game lore, developers commentary, some official info, and guesses based on their appearance.
All the heights and weights are indicated with both the United States customary system and the metric system, for easier reading.
If you notice that I am missing the age/height/weight of a Left 4 Dead character on which we have official info, please contact me and provide the source. I will add them to the list as soon as possible.
Ages - from youngest to oldest
Valve provided an extensive lore on each survivor, so we know the official age of most of them, and we can guess quite accurately the remaining ones according to their life events and appearance.

We only know the official weights of Rochelle and Coach via the Left 4 Dead developer commentary.
115 lbs / 52 kg - Rochelle
265 lbs / 120 kg - Coach
Once we’ve decided how we want the survivors and zombies to look and behave, we audition actors just as we would for any other performance piece.
For instance, a 265 pound high school coach moves very differently from a 115-pound TV producer, using one actor for both roles would be a mistake. So we look for people who fit the body type and who can bring out the character’s personality with their motion.”

Heights - from shorter to taller
The Left 4 Dead developer commentary mentions that Francis is 6’5", so using him as a base we can estimate the height of all the other characters (pixel measurement). I have also included the heights of the special infected.
